Product overview
Aiqiu (爱湫) is an emotion-focused humanoid from Sichuan Embodied Humanoid Robot Technology. The first physical robot was unveiled on 31 December 2025 at 143 cm and 38 kg. A redesigned generation went on global sale at the 2026 World Robot Conference on 19 August 2026 in two editions: an interaction edition for service roles and a motion-control edition for research, navigation and development.
The new motion-control edition is reported at 135 cm, 35 kg and 23 degrees of freedom. Other configurations reach 32 degrees of freedom and can use optional three- or five-finger dexterous hands. A side-insert removable battery is reported to support up to three hours of operation. Because the editions differ, the structured dimensions and joint count use the clearly identified motion-control edition.
The robot uses a 3D digital face driven by 59 facial bone points and the company's ELA Harness framework for voice, vision, navigation and motion. About 40% of structural parts are magnesium alloy, with modular arm, leg and head interfaces. The starting price is CNY 98,000, with no separate edition prices published. The product is classified as commercial because the company announced global sales rather than reservations or a future release.
