Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) is a Tokyo-headquartered industrial group. Its roots date to 1884, when Iwasaki YatarΕ leased the Nagasaki shipyard from the Japanese government; the company was incorporated under its current name in 1950. MHI developed the Wakamaru home communication robot, which had a limited test sale in 2005.
