University of Zurich AI Lab
The Artificial Intelligence Laboratory was a University of Zurich research group directed by Rolf Pfeifer from 1987 until his retirement in 2014, when the lab closed. It began the tendon-driven Roboy Junior project in 2012 and presented the robot publicly in March 2013. Later Roboy generations were developed outside the lab.
