Product overview
Agile ONE is the first humanoid from Agile Robots SE, a Munich company founded by experts from the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Agile Robots announced the robot on 19 November 2025 for industrial settings, where it is intended to work alongside people and other robots. The company manufactures its humanoids in-house in Bavaria.
A manufacturer post gives a height of 174 cm, weight of 69 kg, 71 total degrees of freedom, a 20 kg payload and up to eight hours of battery life. The product page gives a walking speed of 2 meters per second and describes hands with 21 joints each and integrated force and tactile sensors. It also lists intelligent cameras, LiDAR and a proximity sensor, plus a layered AI approach built on a robot foundation model.
At Hannover Messe in April 2026 the company demonstrated Agile ONE assembling a miniature robotic arm. A September 2026 factory account says series production began in January and finished humanoids now leave the hall every working day. Later that month, Agile Robots said its Agile ONE systems were already proven in industrial operations, without naming customers. Because there is no public price or general ordering route, the status is recorded as pilot rather than commercial.
