Product overview
Mirokaï is a social robot from Enchanted Tools, a Paris startup founded in 2021 by Jérôme Monceaux and Samuel Benveniste. The robot has a humanoid upper body with an animated face, arms and hands on a spherical mobile base. It is aimed at indoor public settings including healthcare, senior living, airports and retail.
The first public showing was at CES in January 2023. Enchanted Tools delivered a research version to Sorbonne University's ISIR laboratory in July 2024 and has since listed deployments with healthcare, airport and care-home partners. A September 2025 Japanese distribution agreement gives a current specification of 123 cm, 26 kg, about 3 kg lifting capacity and roughly 15 kg trolley-pulling capacity. Earlier press reported 28 kg, indicating that the hardware changed between versions.
Enchanted Tools says commercial deployments are open and takes orders through an official request form. The manufacturer does not show a list price; a retailer that labels itself factory-authorized lists US$50,000 and an estimated January 2027 delivery. The manufacturer's roadmap schedules self-recharging for Q4 2026 and full autonomy for Q1 2027. A public Python package documents REST and WebSocket control interfaces for developers.
“The first commercial Mirokaï deployments are now open.”
