EngineAI SE01

The SE01 is a 170 cm full-size general-purpose humanoid from Shenzhen-based EngineAI, unveiled in October 2024. Its product page describes life-sized proportions with natural and fluid movement, a six-degree-of-freedom dexterous hand and a quick-release battery. The official figure for total degrees of freedom is 32, and EngineAI's homepage gives a normal walking speed of 2 m/s, which the company does not present as a maximum.

Some figures come from outside the company. An EngineAI co-founder gave an approximate weight of 55 kg in a China Securities Journal interview, and Maginative reported a peak joint torque of up to 330 N·m at launch for a joint that was not named. The product page lists LiDAR, depth, infrared and RGBD cameras, an IMU and a force sensor. Press coverage describes the compute only as dual NVIDIA and Intel processors.

EngineAI's purchase page lists the PM01 and another model but not the SE01, so sales inquiries go through the company's contact page. A China Daily report from January 2025 quoted an EngineAI representative on a post-promotion retail price of CNY 188,000. No shipment or customer counts have been published for this model.
