Lumos Robotics, founded in September 2024 according to its website, launched the LUS2 full-size humanoid in June 2025. The company describes it as a platform for research, education and commercial applications. Xinhua reported that LUS2 and the MOS heavy-duty robot were shown in person at the World Robot Conference in Beijing in August 2025.
