Product overview
The Galbot G1 is a wheeled dual-arm mobile manipulator from Galbot, an embodied-AI company. It stands up to 1,730 mm tall, weighs 92.5 kg and rides on a four-wheel omnidirectional base. Its 21 degrees of freedom exclude the chassis and end effectors, and each arm is rated at 5 kg at the wrist, or 10 kg combined. The wrists accept interchangeable end effectors: a dexterous hand, a suction cup or a gripper. Galbot has not published hand specifications (s1).
Galbot's official page names retail, home-service, instant-retail logistics and industrial manufacturing as target scenarios. The robot runs an NVIDIA AGX Orin 64GB computer rated at 275 TOPS and Galbot's AstraBrain model. Its sensors include a binocular head camera, RGB and depth cameras, wrist force sensors, a 3D LiDAR and ultrasonic sensors on the chassis (s1). KrASIA reported in July 2025 that Galbot ran nearly ten round-the-clock unmanned pharmacies in Beijing, where robots sorted and delivered medicines (s4). Gelonghui reported that more than 1,200 G1 units shipped in 2025 (s2).
The G1 is sold in China through a JD listing that Galbot's official page links as Buy Now. A February 2026 report put the market price at CNY 699,999 at the JD flagship store, about USD 102,072 at the Federal Reserve rate for that week (s6, s7). In July 2026 the Japanese company abc Co. announced it had received one G1 under a product sales contract in June 2026, for domestic verification ahead of a planned business launch (s3). Galbot also publishes a developer platform for secondary development (s1).
