Omnidirectional wheeled base
The current D7 combines an industrial dual-arm upper body with a mobile wheeled chassis for factory and warehouse workflows. [2]
Product overview
PUDU D7 is Pudu Robotics' next-generation industrial semi-humanoid, announced on 1 June 2026. It replaces the original 2024 D7 configuration and targets manufacturing, warehousing, material handling, shelf picking, replenishment and intralogistics.
Pudu rates the current D7 for payloads up to 14 kg and work at heights up to 2 m. Its dual-arm system uses force control and tactile sensors, while front and rear LiDAR provide environmental coverage for navigation in dynamic industrial settings. The robot runs PuduFM 1.0 and supports autonomous battery swapping. Pudu says the swap system is designed for continuous operation, but it does not publish battery capacity, runtime, overall height, weight, speed or degree-of-freedom figures for this generation.
The current D7 made its first offline public showcase at WAIC 2026 and its European debut at IFA 2026. Those are demonstrations rather than documented customer deployments. The product page offers a demo request and the general contact form, but no public price or order channel. Status remains prototype. The previous 2024 model is retained as a historical variant so its specifications are not mixed with the current generation.

Capabilities
The current D7 combines an industrial dual-arm upper body with a mobile wheeled chassis for factory and warehouse workflows. [2]
Pudu rates the robot for payloads up to 14 kg and work at heights up to 2 m, including shelf picking and material handling. [2]
Tactile sensors provide force and pressure feedback, while front and rear LiDAR support 360-degree environmental awareness. [2]
The robot can remove, replace and recharge batteries without human intervention; Pudu presents this as support for continuous operation. [2]
