Qiyuan Q1 is a small humanoid from Qiyuan Robotics (启元机器人), the consumer brand of Swancor Advanced Materials (上纬新材). Swancor's chairman, Peng Zhihui, unveiled it on 31 December 2025 as a personal robot for research, companionship and creative use. The company markets the brand in English as PrimeBOT and presents the Q1 as a compact whole-body force-controlled platform.
Qiyuan's technical page lists a height of 88 cm and a weight of about 16 kg including the battery, with 22 degrees of freedom: four per arm, two at the waist and six per leg. It gives a daily top movement speed of 1 m/s, a 215 Wh battery, three hours of combined runtime and room-temperature charging in no more than 1.5 hours. The robot supports direct charging and battery replacement and includes an eight-core processor, a touch sensor, a monocular camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Sales began on 20 September 2026. The base Q1 costs CNY 19,999 (about US$2,987) and the Q1 Explorer costs CNY 26,999 (about US$4,032). The Explorer edition adds an SDK, an HDK and hardware expansion interfaces. First customer deliveries began in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou on 1 October 2026, so the Q1 is listed as commercial.
