Product overview
Xiaosai is a humanoid robot from Seres Group, the Chongqing-based automaker. Press coverage dates the robot's first public appearance to 15 June 2026. In the accompanying factory video, Xiaosai guides the actor Huang Bo and is described as able to recognise visitors, greet them on its own and hold a voice conversation.
Other robots shown at the same event included the Xiaosai 01 chassis inspection robot and the Xiaosai 02 vehicle exterior inspection robot. Kang Bo said Seres had several more embodied-intelligence robots in development for 2026. CnEVPost also reports that Seres and Volcengine, a ByteDance unit, signed an embodied-intelligence cooperation agreement in October 2025.
The sources reviewed give no height, weight, degrees of freedom, speed, battery, sensor or price details. Its status remains prototype: it has been shown working in a factory demonstration, and no sale or customer deployment has been reported.
