Product overview
Unitree's G1-D is a wheeled humanoid from Unitree Robotics, the Hangzhou company that also makes the G1 and the H-series robots. It keeps the G1's upper body: two 7-degree-of-freedom arms and a waist on a height-adjustable column. Unitree introduced it on 13 November 2025 as part of a data-collection and AI-training solution.
Unitree's product page lists two configurations. The Standard is stationary, with 17 degrees of freedom and about 2 hours of runtime. The Ultimate adds a differential-drive chassis with 19 degrees of freedom, a top speed of 1.5 m/s and about 6 hours of runtime. Both are listed at about 90 kg with battery, and each arm carries about 3 kg at most, depending on posture. The upper-body battery is quick-release.
The page lists a 2-finger gripper or a 3- or 5-finger dexterous hand as end-effector options, with cameras on the head and wrists and, on the Ultimate, LiDAR, depth and collision sensors. Unitree routes direct inquiries through its sales team, and authorized distributors list the G1-D with current delivery lead times, so it is classified as commercial rather than preorder. Unitree publishes no direct list price and notes that some sample functions are still in development.
