About Tianji Gento Luna
Gento Luna is a wheeled, foldable humanoid from Tianji Intelligent, a Dongguan-based company founded in 2015. Tianji uses Gento as the brand for its humanoid robots. The official product page positions Luna for home service, research and education, industrial inspection and commercial service.
Luna stands 1.7 m tall and folds to 0.79 m for elevator transport or storage. It has 26 body degrees of freedom excluding dexterous hands, with 7-DoF force-controlled arms rated for 6 kg each. Its omnidirectional base supports in-place rotation, while a navigation system combining 3D LiDAR and ultrasonic radar provides mapping, obstacle avoidance and path planning.
The onboard computer is an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB rated at up to 275 TOPS. Gento states that the open architecture supports ROS 2 and includes an SDK and secondary-development APIs. A 48 V, 34.4 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery is rated for four to eight hours and supports manual charging, automatic charging and quick battery swaps. Press coverage says Luna and Skye began deliveries by September 2026 and had attracted domestic and overseas orders. Luna is therefore listed as commercial, although sales remain inquiry-based and no price is public.
