Product overview
W-Bot (博文) is a wheeled humanoid robot from Yuequan Bionics. Yuequan launched the first version with X-Bot at a Beijing bionics conference on 26 July 2025. The current W-Bot 2.0 keeps an unusually compact, roughly 0.2 m² chassis and uses a hip-knee-ankle folding structure to work from floor level to 2.2 m.
W-Bot 2.0 has 7-DoF arms and a 10 kg payload per arm (20 kg for both arms), and it can take the company's X-Hand M1 or Y-Hand M2 hand. Yuequan's published 2.4 kWh battery figure belongs to the first-generation W-Bot and has not been confirmed for 2.0. Eight hours of effective operation at a single station, in continuous testing, is cited for the W-Bot in a January 2026 exhibition profile and for W-Bot 2.0 in July 2026 coverage; it is a test result, not a battery rating. In September 2026, W-Bot 2.0 completed a live-line cable-stripping field deployment at Hefei State Grid.
Those validations support pilot status rather than prototype. Yuequan has not published a list price, general delivery date, total body DoF, height, weight or maximum travel speed. Conflicting directory values for those fields are therefore not used.
Capabilities

A humanlike hip-knee-ankle folding structure lets the robot crouch and stand. The company cites a working range of 0 to 2.2 m above the floor. [5]
The Fuwei-Yuequan laboratory tested W-Bot on a 1:1 recreation of an automotive-parts workstation, where effective operation reached eight hours. [5]
W-Bot 2.0 completed a live-line cable-stripping field deployment at Hefei State Grid in September 2026. [7]
