Product overview
Tianbing-1 is a wheeled industrial humanoid from Atomrobot, a Tianjin company known for parallel robots. The first public version debuted on 26 May 2025 at 140 cm, 70 kg and 37 DoF. Atomrobot released a substantially revised version called Tianbing-1 ATOM01 on 2 December 2025. Current company material also calls the product SkyBot AR-H1.
The current configuration uses two 7-DoF arms with a 12.5 kg payload per arm and 686 mm reach. Atomrobot lists 26 whole-body DoF, excluding the end effector, plus a Stewart parallel waist rated to support 200 kg. The current Chinese product listing gives an adjustable 165–175 cm height, 200 kg body weight and 1.25 m/s maximum speed; an earlier March 2026 datasheet listed 156–166 cm, 180 kg and 1 m/s, indicating a configuration change.
The current control module is listed as a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU with a 2,048-CUDA-core NVIDIA GPU and 170 TOPS. Perception combines depth and RGB cameras, multi-line and single-line LiDAR, obstacle radar and an IMU. Atomrobot says the robot supports secondary development and automatic charging. In May 2026 it stated that Tianbing-1 had been sold externally and put into actual use. No public price is listed.
Capabilities
The current ATOM01 has two 7-DoF arms and 26 whole-body DoF excluding end effectors. The 37-DoF figure belongs to the original May 2025 prototype. [6][7]
The waist uses an in-house Stewart parallel structure rated to support 200 kg. The arms are separately rated at 12.5 kg each. [7]
End tools are hot-swappable. The company says the robot can switch between a heavy gripper and a precision dexterous hand within seconds. [7]
The current module combines a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and 2,048 CUDA cores at 170 TOPS, with cameras, LiDAR, obstacle radar and an IMU. [7]
Atomrobot positions the robot for industrial handling and stated in May 2026 that Tianbing-1 had been sold externally and put into actual use. [8]
