Product overview
The RHM-T1W is the second-generation wheeled humanoid from Kanop (卡诺普), the Chengdu industrial-robot maker. It was unveiled in China on 23 March 2026 and shown internationally at Hannover Messe in April.
Kanop's official product page gives an adjustable height of 1,430-1,870 mm and a total system weight of 170 kg, including a 110 kg autonomous mobile base. The robot has 33 driven joints including the hands, a 5 kg payload per arm, 1.9 m arm span and ±0.5 mm repeat positioning accuracy. Press coverage separately cites a 12-DoF dexterous hand and 3 m/s top speed. Earlier press figures of 1.9 m and 85 kg conflict with the detailed official system specification and are not used for the structured height or weight.
The wheeled base uses SLAM navigation and obstacle avoidance. Kanop describes a two-layer robot brain combining 3D vision with process knowledge spanning more than 70 industries. By July 2026, state media described the model in industrial application scenarios, but no public price or general ordering page was found; it is therefore classified as pilot rather than commercial.
Capabilities
The autonomous mobile base uses SLAM navigation and obstacle avoidance; press reports a top speed of 3 m/s. [4][6]
Each arm is rated for 5 kg. A 12-DoF dexterous hand with a humanlike cross-axis wrist handles screw fastening and part assembly. [2]
Kanop lists 33 driven joints including the hands and ±0.5 mm repeat positioning accuracy. [4]
A 3D vision model sits under process knowledge covering more than 70 industries and over 2,000 process knowledge bases, per the press. [1]
