Product overview
Sharpa describes itself as a full-stack AI robotics company that builds dexterous hands, robot intelligence and a full-body robot called North. North was shown at CES 2026 in Las Vegas in January 2026, where Sharpa ran four autonomous live demos over four days: ping-pong, instant photography, card dealing and paper windmill assembly. The company said North took more than 2,000 instant photos and assembled more than 300 windmills during the show.
Sharpa's product page states that North has 67 degrees of freedom. Its Wave hands have 22 active degrees of freedom, human-scale dimensions and tactile sensing. Its AI is CraftNet, which Sharpa describes as an end-to-end hierarchical vision-tactile-language-action model. Sharpa has not published North's height, weight, speed, payload, battery or price.
On 29 August 2026, a Dairy Queen restaurant in Shanghai began a public pilot in which North prepares Blizzard desserts using standard equipment and a 55-step workflow. That limited deployment supports pilot rather than prototype or generally available commercial status. The North product page includes an inquiry form, but there is no public order page or list price.
