Product overview

About Tiangong Ultra

Tiangong Ultra is a full-size humanoid built by the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, which operates under the X-Humanoid name. Its profile rests on one event: on 19 April 2025 it won the world's first humanoid robot half-marathon in Beijing, finishing in 2 hours 40 minutes 42 seconds and changing batteries several times along the course. The 2025 race version was reported at about 1.8 m tall and 55 kg, with a top speed of 12 km/h, although the team cited a 7–8 km/h pace across the race.

The Beijing municipal event report says the race robot incorporated the Huisikaiwu general embodied-intelligence platform. A Reuters-based report from September 2026 gives the robot a weight of 75 kg and an 8.64 s time for 100 m at the World Humanoid Robot Games, but it does not say how that build relates to the 2025 race version.

No price, order channel or official specification sheet had been published as of 8 October 2026. X-Humanoid's website lists products such as Tiangong 3.0 but not the Ultra. In April 2025 AFP reported that the team would soon begin small-batch production of a model called Tiangong 2.0, without explaining how it relates to the Ultra. The robot is therefore classed as a prototype with no confirmed availability date.
