Product overview
Xiao Tuo, model TWH020, is TOPSTAR's first wheeled humanoid robot. The Dongguan industrial-automation company unveiled it on 12 September 2025 for injection-molding work such as visual inspection, sorting and tray loading. TOPSTAR developed the embodied-AI system with Zhipu and later identified the model as GLM-4.5.
The official Chinese product page lists 21 degrees of freedom excluding a dexterous hand: fourteen across the two arms, two in the head, two in the waist and three in the mobile base. It gives a rated load of 10 kg, a maximum load of 20 kg, RGB-D vision and 3,352 TOPS of edge compute. The arms accept industrial grippers, suction cups or optional dexterous hands. A Beijing News overview gives an adjustable height of 120โ180 cm, a 1.5 m/s top speed, more than 3 kWh of battery capacity and more than six hours of runtime under full load.
TOPSTAR told investors in April 2026 that Xiao Tuo was still in scenario validation and had no volume orders. The company has demonstrated autonomous propeller sorting, inspection and tray loading in an injection-molding workshop, but it has not published a price or public order channel. The profile therefore remains classified as a prototype rather than a commercial product.
