AKINROBOTICS Robot Hostess ADA

Robot Hostess ADA is the model AKINROBOTICS now identifies as ADA H3, a wheeled social robot that the company describes as designed to communicate naturally with people. The official archive gives a project period from 10 July 2015 to 1 December 2015.

The archive lists a height of 150 cm, a weight of 50 kg, a 12 V gel battery of undisclosed capacity, 10 hours of operation and three units produced. AKINROBOTICS describes brochure delivery, speech, vision, obstacle detection and a two-axis moving head. Older company copy also mentions face recognition, jointed arms and a wheel system. Although that copy uses the words 'walking' and 'running,' this file treats the platform as wheeled because the same source explicitly identifies wheel-based maneuvering.

AKINSOFT's 26 December 2015 entry is the groundbreaking of its first humanoid robot factory in Konya, not a launch date for the robot, so this file gives no announcement date. The later ADA H4 version had its first fieldwork at the Maktek Ayrasya fair in Istanbul in October 2016, according to AKINSOFT. With no current sale listing and the project period closed, the model is classified as discontinued.
