Torobo2 is the second-generation wheeled humanoid that Tokyo Robotics introduced publicly as the new Torobo on 10 June 2024. Tokyo Robotics' current product page and launch brochure describe a human-scale mobile manipulator with two seven-axis arms, a three-axis waist, a three-axis neck and a four-axis omnidirectional base, for 24 body degrees of freedom.
The current specification is 1615 mm tall and approximately 120 kg. Each arm is rated for 7 kg in its least favorable posture. A built-in battery supports up to approximately three hours of operation; the 2024 launch brochure specifies 51.2 V and 24 Ah, equivalent to 1.2288 kWh. Optional equipment includes a gripper or Torobo Hand, head cameras and an image-recognition computer with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070.
Tokyo Robotics says the product became available in Japan in March 2025 and overseas in October 2025. The launch price list offered a temporary one-unit introductory price of JPY 18 million for orders through 2024, before tax and shipping; the current price is by inquiry. Official videos identify the robot as Torobo2 and show task transitions and laundry folding.
