Product overview
Qinglong V3.0 is a later model in the OpenLoong line of full-size humanoids. A Shanghai municipal report confirms that the latest Qinglong 3.0 was shown at WAIC 2025. Press coverage gives 185 cm, 85 kg and 38 active degrees of freedom, including 12 across the hands. A Shanghai Morning Post WAIC preview instead gives 36 DoF, a difference likely caused by configuration or counting method; the more detailed 38-DoF breakdown is retained with the conflict noted.
The standard arm has five degrees of freedom, and an optional arm has seven. End effectors can be multi-fingered dexterous hands or electric grippers. The optional perception head includes vision, smoke and gas sensors. The computing backpack integrates 5G communications, BeiDou positioning and an Ascend compute module for outdoor localization and perception.
The WAIC preview reports 3 m/s straight-knee walking and names the Gewu Zhizhi embodied-development platform for full-body motion imitation and autonomous navigation. Digitimes reports that a Qinglong 3.0 at a Qianxun Spatial Intelligence campus in Shanghai was tasked with receiving drone deliveries, guiding visitors and autonomous patrols. That real-world trial supports pilot rather than prototype status, but no general sale or delivery program was found.
OpenLoong publishes robot hardware, software, models and data openly. No price or order page for V3.0 was found. The V3.0 specifications in this entry come from press and municipal coverage rather than an official specification sheet.

Quick answers
No general order page is verified. OpenLoong Qinglong V3.0 is currently classified as pilot. [3]
OpenLoong Qinglong V3.0 is 185 cm tall and weighs 85 kg (Press figure from Huxiu's WAIC 2025 preview). [1]
Its stated maximum speed is 3 m/s; Straight-knee walking speed in a WAIC 2025 newspaper preview; not independently tested. [6]
OpenLoong Qinglong V3.0 has 38 listed degrees of freedom; 38 active DoF including 12 in the hands, per Huxiu. A Shanghai Morning Post WAIC preview reports 36 DoF, likely reflecting a different configuration or counting method. [1]
OpenLoong Qinglong V3.0 is made by Shanghai Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, based in China. [3]
OpenLoong Qinglong is its predecessor. [3]
