Product overview
TALOS is a full-size biped research humanoid from PAL Robotics of Barcelona, presented in October 2016 (s4). PAL's product page lists a height of 175 cm and a weight of 95 kg, and describes a walking biped that can lift up to 6 kg with one arm fully extended (s1).
PAL says the robot is fully developed in ROS and completely configurable, with torque sensor feedback in every joint and an EtherCAT network that runs control loops at 2 kHz (s1). Its datasheet lists 32 degrees of freedom, including two single-actuator grippers, and a 1,080 Wh battery (s3). The product page gives a walking runtime of about 1.5 hours and notes that PAL also states 3 hours of standby (s1).
TALOS is sold on request, and no price is published (s1). The product page directs buyers to PAL's contact page for quotes (s1). IEEE Spectrum reported in 2017 that the robot was becoming available and that a first unit was in use at LAAS-CNRS (s2).

Capabilities
Torque sensor feedback in all joints makes the robot fully torque-controllable, according to PAL's product page. [1]
The EtherCAT network runs control loops at 2 kHz, and up to 5 kHz, according to PAL's product page. [1]
The robot is fully developed in ROS, which PAL describes as making it completely configurable. Whole-body control uses ros_control. [1]
Lifts up to 6 kg with one arm fully extended, per the product page. The figure is quoted per arm. [1]
Each gripper is a three-finger design with a single actuator. Customizable grippers are available. [1][3]
