Product overview
TM Xplore I is a humanoid platform from Techman Robot, a Taoyuan-based maker of collaborative robot arms. Techman first unveiled it at a Taipei automation show in August 2025 and showed it again at NVIDIA GTC in March 2026.
The platform combines a humanoid upper body with a wheeled mobile base. Techman said the initial machine had 22 axes or more and modular end effectors; the launch configuration used a SCHUNK five-finger hand. The March 2026 release named NVIDIA Jetson Thor compute, multimodal sensor fusion, a vision-language-action model, NVIDIA FoundationStereo depth perception and Isaac Sim digital twins.
In August 2026, Techman demonstrated warehouse box picking, material transport and workstation handoffs at Automation Taipei. The company still described TM Xplore I as a developing humanoid solution rather than an orderable product. The status therefore remains prototype.
Techman has not published the robot's dimensions, weight, payload, battery capacity, runtime or price, and no public sales channel was found.

Capabilities
The upper body sits on a wheeled mobile base, which Techman links to stability and dexterous manipulation. [1]
The 2026 release names NVIDIA Jetson Thor for edge AI. The 2025 unveiling cited Jetson Orin, so the platform changed between announcements. [1][2]
A multimodal VLA model handles sensor fusion, generative AI inference and autonomous navigation, according to Techman. [1]
Motion paths are checked in NVIDIA Isaac Sim digital twins before deployment, Techman says. [1]
