Seven-axis bionic dual arms
Each arm has seven axes following a shoulder-elbow-wrist chain and is rated to carry up to 5 kg. [1][2]
Product overview
The Hunan Bilinxing X1 is a wheeled humanoid service and research platform from Hunan Bilinxing Technology. Bilinxing announced it on 22 April 2025 as the company's first embodied-intelligence product. The upper body carries two seven-axis arms, while an omnidirectional mobile base provides autonomous navigation. The official product page lists a height of 1,245 mm, a weight of 70 kg and a maximum payload of 5 kg per arm.
The X1 combines binocular structured-light depth vision, speech recognition, lidar, ultrasonic ranging, electronic skin and tactile feedback. Bilinxing says the sensing stack feeds a central computer that interprets natural-language instructions and guides manipulation. Its listed onboard configuration includes 100 TOPS of AI compute, 16 GB of memory, 512 GB of storage and a 24 GB discrete GPU. End effectors can be changed for different tasks.
Bilinxing positions the X1 for research, manufacturing, commercial service, agriculture, healthcare and household development. The company supports secondary development and accepts product inquiries, although no public price is shown. An X1 was delivered to Tianjin University on 1 December 2025, so the status is commercial rather than prototype.
Capabilities
Each arm has seven axes following a shoulder-elbow-wrist chain and is rated to carry up to 5 kg. [1][2]
Bilinxing uses one control system for both arms to coordinate manipulation and collision avoidance. [2][3]
Electronic skin and tactile sensing support pre-collision awareness and manipulation feedback. [1][2]
The perception suite combines depth vision, voice, lidar and ultrasonic ranging for navigation and task execution. [1][2]
An omnidirectional wheeled base provides autonomous navigation, making the X1 a wheeled humanoid rather than a stationary upper body. [1]
