Product overview

About X-Humanoid Tiangong 2.0

Tiangong 2.0 (also written Tien Kung 2.0) is a full-size bipedal humanoid platform from the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, which trades as X-Humanoid. It first appeared publicly at the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum in late March. The company subsequently demonstrated terrain-adaptive walking, dual-battery hot swapping and a combined 16 kg steady load across both arms.

The commercial family now comprises Lite, Plus and Pro versions. X-Humanoid's manuals give 173 cm and 64 kg for Lite and Plus, with 20 and 21 body degrees of freedom respectively. The Pro version weighs 74 kg and has 42 degrees of freedom including two six-degree-of-freedom hands. The Lite and Plus manuals state more than four hours of runtime from a 48 V, 30 Ah plus 3 Ah battery system; the Pro manual states more than 3.5 hours.

A Tiangong 2.0 entered a Foton Cummins engine-factory pilot in September 2025, where it handled bins on an unmanned line. Tiangong 2.0 and Tianyi 2.0 were then listed for direct purchase through JD.com on 17 October 2025. The Lite version was listed at CNY 299,000 as of October 2026, so the family is classed as commercial rather than a prototype.
