Method and evidence
The tool compares your limits with existing catalog fields. A research, household or industrial tag describes intended use; it does not establish task suitability, autonomous operation or measured performance. Results have no overall capability score. Numeric thresholds include their boundary value and retain the source’s notes and confidence.
Measurements and prices link to their field sources. Purpose, status, maker country, form factor and SDK flags do not have dedicated field citations in the current contract; their links are labeled record references. “Official” means attributed to an official source, not independently tested.
Missing values exclude a robot by default. If you allow unknowns, it appears as a candidate with unresolved checks. A known conflict always excludes it. Requiring a known published price overrides the unknown-data option. A description that does not explicitly establish dexterous hands stays unknown; optional equipment needs configuration confirmation.
Variant notes can limit SDK access. For example, the official Unitree G1 comparison separates base G1 from G1 EDU development access. A family-level SDK flag and base price cannot confirm an EDU purchase.
One-time price checks use MSRP or starting prices with official or reported confidence. Target amounts and estimated prices cannot meet the purchase budget. Monthly subscriptions appear in a separate group with a separate monthly limit. The finder uses the current price field; it does not turn historical prices, deposits or amounts inside variant notes into offers.
USD values are recorded figures, not live currency conversions. Shipping, tax, accessories, support and development entitlement can change the total. Confirm the exact configuration and offer terms with the manufacturer.
“Orderable now” requires commercial status and an official order URL in the record. “Preorder OK” adds preorder records with order URLs. The broadest horizon adds pilots and prototypes; concepts and discontinued models remain excluded. Catalog evidence does not confirm live stock, regional eligibility or a delivery date.
The address bar shares your filters. Saved robots and filters stay in local browser storage; use CSV export to keep evidence links, unknowns and configuration caveats. Select two to four saved robots to open the existing comparison tool.
